i don't think i've ever watched 99 percent of the movies we put in.

Literally almost died going into work today. I was going down interstate when a truck in the opposite lane went outta control, launched through the median, and passed by me by like 15-20 feet tops while I was doing 80. Jesus.

so I have an internet connection here- it's not government, and it's decently fast.  Steam keeps connecting and then downloading updates, which sucks up so much bandwidth, the network ninja kills my port for a few minutes.

Turn your steam connection speed in the options down to like dialup speeds, I believe that throttles the download speeds it will use.
