Took the day off work today because in WI, apparently "No significant accumulations" becomes 3 inches with high winds and possible white out conditions overnight.
Fuck driving in this.
Besides, the only difference in my day if I would go in today would be that I would be getting paid to browse 4chan all day again like yesterday.

Bah, it's so cold outside now. I'm not used to this.

Today I went to the pre-grand opening of a friend's billiards and karaoke place. It's really nice but I'm not sure how popular it will be or if it will stay in business for long.

Yes but not on tap, just bottles and cans of beer and wine.
I think they said something about it being difficult to obtain a license to sell liquor and mixed drinks like bars.

I wouldn't be as worried if it was located closer to campus but it's kind of in a strip mall with boring neighboring establishments (a camera store, pet store, etc). It's still in an area with a lot of traffic (mainly for the nearby shopping mall) but just not like downtown with all the drunk college kids and tourists.

As long as the name doesn't have "Fort" in it, I like it.


I got so sick of "Fort this" and "Fort that" when I was in Fort Atkinson.
