That is a fact.

I think the problem is that it suffers from Family Guy syndrome:  It WAS really funny and original, but then it became so popular that everyone started using similar humor and it all just got old.  And I'm pretty sure he is running out of ideas.

I don't think that's quite it. He's definitely moving in new directions and doing new shit, I just don't think his new style is particularly funny.
