Armored Princess is awesome.  Even though it has virtually the same rules as the original it plays a lot different.  Like it's almost impossible for me to get through a fight without losing a few soldiers.  And there's lots of new units and spells. Buy it.

Must suck for you when they have the achievements now, and you get Leadership bonuses for beating battles unscathed =X.  I beat about 22 so far like that, the game is balls hard on it's difficulty curve this time though, once you're off the starting island.  I can't imagine how hard it must be if you aren't a leadership whored Paladin like me.  As long as the enemy doesn't have ranged units I can still win a lot of battles with no troop loss though.  It'd be a lot easier if I could fucking find someone to sell me Resurrection though, I got lucky and found it very early on in KB.  I like that even though many of the units are the same, they've tweaked a lot of them to make them more useful now, with new or modified skills.

I don't know if there even is a resurrection spell now that there's a rez talent.  The crappy thing is that it doesn't count for that achievement since it doesn't take effect until after the battle.  Also inquisitors and paladins combined are great for building up rage really fast and rezzing.

The resurrection talent says it increases the power of the resurrection spell, so ima say it's still there...

WTF I'm level 20, have awesome gears, almost 8000 leadership, and the game is still like NO U and almost everything I see is way higher level than me.  I think they made it so you really have to be totally awesome and make abusive strategies to advance in this one.

Wut, I'm 20ish and most everything is only slightly stronger than me.  The dwarf areas are gonna be a lot easier for me than the preceding area, where almost everything was much stronger.

Armored Princess is definitely a lot steeper on that difficulity curve compared to its earlier sequal. As a mage, this is noted easily for the fact of this. WHERE ARE MY FIREBALLSSSSSSS I NEED FIRBALLSSSS BADLY!

ICE SNAKES.  But if you don't have Fireball, just cast Phoenix every chance you get.  You can distract at least one enemy unit for two turns, more if you're lucky.  In big battles it can be way more useful than a few fireballs.

I like Ice Snakes, but they can later. But if I want units, that's what I use Demon Portal for. Phoenix for its mana cost is so worthless >.<

Finally got around to beating Armored Princess. Score of 924, 38000 leadership, level 54.  The final boss is ridiculously easy, really K'Tahu is the hardest fight in the game.
