To explain the joke:

Going to get deep dish pizza, phone almost dead because of contacting the restaurant, my girlfriend, and Whendilin, as well as using GPS to figure out what El stop to get off at. Turned it off for the meal, turned it on while on the way back. Cue 50 consecutive SMS alerts. Phone more or less dies.
