Things not labeled as such are in the main area, doubles there will have balconies.

I have 3 friends who are planning to go. 1 is only going Saturday, so 2 would like to stay with us. I think my suite would only have a King (Caff described the room to me but I forget what bedding it has), so I'd appreciate a slot for my other friend.

Registrations are open. Seems Acen changed their registration process, which can be found here (eww it's in coldfusion). I imagine we want to do group registration again, so I'd recommend holding off on solo registering for now. Also it seems you need all participants for the group registration before you can group reg.

Having looked over the registration process I've discovered that

• Acen has changed the registration web app
  
• You cannot register an account before you pay
  
• You must have all the required information for every member in a group for group registration.
  
• Super early group reg ends this Sunday
  

Given that Sunday is not enough time to get the list of people who want to do group reg for Acen we'll probably want to aim for the Jan 1st deadline. Yesterday I asked if people are ok with me doing the group registration this year since Eightball cannot run it. Luin was the only one who (facetiously I think) said no and since no one else dived in to volunteer I plan on taking care of group registration this year.

Acen doesn't let you all register your info, then sign up for the group. They make whoever is running the group enter every single person's information. This includes things like emergency contact, real name, phone number, address etc. I plan on using a Google form for collecting info, which means your info is between you, me, Acen and Google. I plan on deleting the spreadsheet after Acen. I've got the form written up and will be posting it by the end of this week. I will be doing the checkout December 29th, a date I imagine I'll have to repeat over and over. If I do not get your information by that date you will not be in the group registration.

I was guessing so, but I wanted to make extra super sure one last time someone would dive in front of me and take the volunteer bullet. Also cat facts/pictures will be helpful in dealing with stupid Acen changes (why do you make everything so difficult acen).

If you have a friend that would like to join the group reg, feel free, but they will need to enter your username on the form and I will be checking with people to make sure their info is correct. A reminder the badge will cost $48 with our group discount in the second wave. I will be asking for money when giving out the badges at the con. If you order a badge and find out you cannot attend, please contact me ASAP so I can try to find a home for the badge.
