There is a lot of vegetarian food that is delicious but when people treat things as "meat" substitutes things go wrong quickly. Like asians make the hell out of tofu but you try and treat tofu like meat and it usually doesn't end well. Except at this one restaurant, they make fake meat dishes that are better than real meat dishes.

I woke up early and caught the earlier bus to work.  Not overly special except the hottest girl I've ever seen (in person) rides it, so it was nice to see those eyes again... Smile
