The drives firmware was bad, Seagate agreed to pay the costs of them updating it, they did not need to open the drive up

So I've been idling for about 2 weeks now, and have been complaining even longer about how I haven't looted a single hat yet, despite the law of averages saying I should have at least 1 by now.  Well, after idling all last night, I wake to find I've infact looted TWO hats in just ONE night!  Even better, the two hats are for my two most-played classes.  Got the Ten Gallon for the Engie, and the Beanie for the Pyro.  They aren't the two I was aiming for, but I don't fucking care at this point.

Of course, this is only good until I find out it's part of some elaborate April Fool's joke, and I have everything stripped away from me, leaving me to cry in a puddle of gasoline with a lit match in my mouth.
