There's a simple fix for that. Just put some floating antigrav powered sky fortresses or warships or whatever in the sky and use that as explanation for area specific grav reduction.

Didn't they just put it back in yesterday anyways???  Also they took AV turrets out of the game with that patch and made maxing Magburner a waste of certs =/.  Whatever PS1 is finally supposed to be out next week for reals I think.

You can force the 64 bit client pretty easily, and its much more smooth for me

No I mean the patch notes yesterday said it's back in the game now anyways, so you don't need to force it?

It was for a little while, but it was pulled again because "a small number of users were reporting issues"

Long story short it seems to have to do with your vehicles wheels firmly gripping the ground when you activate it. Hopefully it will prevent a few failed shield crashes.
