download a new .exe from minecraft.net
delete your bin and resources folder from .minecraft (found in %appdata% in vista/7, xp is something else i cant remember)
open the minecraft.exe
redownload everything
should work.

you may also need to reinstall java

Stein; if that's the tunnel near my old house, I was technically there first. It should be the tunnel directly under my house. If it is, feel free to fill it in and take the stuff that's there since I moved.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't yours, since your house was built on a different hill than mine.
Its all good, I just won't expand my house that way.  I've been less interested in expanding it on this map.

I finally found the big open expanses of HellThe Nether in my singleplayer world. I spawned in a huge tunnel network, and couldn't find anything, especially Ghasts.

Goddamn they're huge. But I managed to take one down :3.

HeK says you can remove the stairs if you want, it was just a joke build for the lulz. It has no actual use or anything. Knock them down if you like the area and want to stay

Soo I joined the minecraft server the other day aand the last time that I played was before you guys switched the map/world/whatever. Since then it seems as though you have changed quite a few things.. I CANT EDIT ANYTHING :/ nor can I go through doors, hold anything, and I'm sure there is a lot more.. So someone told me that I have to post here to gain access to such things.. soo POST  ;D  Anywho some of you know me fairly well from how much time I've spent on the TF2 servers.. redrabbit/suparaj(tf2 names) and redrabboot(minecraft name) would like to open doors now plox! ty
