Oh man, admins should be able to move people around.

That would be useful too to send AFK's to spectators if you want the players count to stay high without having a burden on your team.

Not as elegant, but we can force the teamscramble with either sm_scramblenow or sm_scrambleteams - I forget which plugin we're running exactly.

First time they all managed to stay together.

Scramble is a nice tool, but really its up to people in the end to be responsible

The only time when I'd consistently join specific teams was when I first started playing early last year, since I'd stick around friends to make learning a bit less painful. Apart from balancing things when I can, I only ever use Auto now.

Manually balancing the teams the the macho-manly thing to do. If your team is rolling, think about switching.

Even when I'm calling a stack and swap myself, never seems enough.

I raged about this in-server only a couple days ago, extolling the virtue of making your home server the best game available.

From this point on, if I see a stack, and no one beyond myself is swapping, I'm going to balance teams by using kicks and tbans. If people here don't want to be a part of making the server and game competitive and enjoyable, I'll just simply remove the offending parties.

TL;DR
If you don't care about stacking, or maintaining a healthy community through fairness, you don't deserve to be here.

Push me on this.

Been seeing this happen a lot more lately. Fucking auto-assign, and be the better person and switch over if your team is rolling--or at least RTV. I don't want to, but if this keeps up then I have no problem naming and shaming people on the forums.
