Tutorials - zaneyard - 09-27-2009

Anyone have any ideas for some guides to help the newbies out?
I will also gather some links to existing tutorials that I have found useful when I get a chance.

Once you have all the basic learning skills at 5 and other important skills at at least 4 you'll probably want to look at a specialization for the future.  If you just like asplosions then get lots of gunnery and ships command stuff now.  Personally I'm interested in being an electronic warfare specialist.  Also once you sign up for my corp we can give you lots of money for decent implants.

you followed the link as a guide, or actually bought all of it?
nvm, it follows a good route, i was thinking of something else
also, if you have cybernetics to 3, we can work on getting you your implants.

I've kinda pumped Drones first since I thought they sounded cool and I am Gallente......

I will get right on learning though.

drones is excellent if you are gallente, i still don't have my drones skill to five, much less any of the damage and durability skills.

Just got my drones to five, and starting on other drone skills.  Trust me, it's worth it.  My vexor outdps's my battlecruiser, though probly just because I have shitty gunnery/battlecruiser skills.

Re: Tutorials - zaneyard - 10-07-2009

yeah i'm flying a a brutix (hybrid weapon BC)
when you get to BC level, go for the Myrm
also, talk to GravityWell if you want a sick shield tank for the myrm (even though gallente is an armor tanking race)
