Feel conflicted about seeing First Class because of X3 and Wolverine's Origin movie. However, it has a 100% on rotten tomatoes.

Yeah to sit at 100%, even before release, is kinda impressive for RT I think...Not sure if I'll go or not either.  X-Men has never been great for me, but this has basically little to do with either X-Men or Wolverine...hrmm...I'll wait to see how it goes closer to release to see if I'll go or if I'll just save my money for Green Lantern, which I don't know if it'll be good or not either lol

So, with First Class, does anyone know if this is a new revamp, or does it fit into the cannon the other movies present? 'Cause if it's the latter, I'm still pissed they killed off Scott.

It probably fits in with the rest of the films, but it takes place in the 1960s, so it shouldn't really make a difference.

His score for First Class was a 2.5 out of 5, which is average. Not necessarily a bad review, just average.

Also, I was going to re watch Spirited Away in the original dub, but the disc was cracked. WHAT IS IT WITH DVD MAIL SERVICES AND MIYAZAKI MOVIES.

I was VERY surprised with Observe and Report.  Skipped it in theatres, finally got around to it on DVD.  I really, REALLY liked it.

Exactly.  I'd take "The Final Sacrifice" over "MST3K: The Movie" any day.

Re: The Movie Thread - KarthXLR - 06-02-2011

Saw Kung Fu Panda 2 with a friend, overall a good movie, and some really good 3D stuff. Only issue is that movie moves so fast, it's hard to notice the 3D at times.

Res dogs may not be my favorite movie, but I could watch it everyday and it would never get old.
