A little pee came out at the end.

Well so far, I'm liking the guy more than Tobey Maguire.  Already a good start lol Hopefully the film is better overall as I really didn't like the Spiderman films much. Though that First Person CGI scene at the end was kinda...iffy...Looked like a videogame, so hopefully that wasn't finalized or just nothing more than a part of the trailer.

Re: The Movie Thread - Spore - 07-20-2011

Make The Amazing Spiderman game play like Mirror's Edge with webslinging. That is all.

Re: The Movie Thread - KarthXLR - 07-20-2011

Eh, didn't really see anything in the trailer that impressed me.

Re: The Movie Thread - Trace - 07-20-2011

I actually agree with Karth on this one  Tongue

Do it Activision, do it.

Captain America is pretty badass.  Now to see if The Avengers can bring the whole show home and become the best Super Hero flick yet.

Looks good, but the premise seems just like an odd excuse for only having 20-somethings in your movie.

Pulp Fiction was awesome.  Big Grin

Captain America was great, but where the hell was Stan Lee? I know he's in it, just apparently his cameo is super subtle.

He's the general during the Captain America award scene with the senator that Cap doesn't go to cause he's off being heroic.  He says the line "I thought he would be taller" :3

I thought it was ok. Better than Thor, and I loved the look of everything (I've always loved 1940s style when movies make it look really sleek), but I thought a lot of the writing was poorly done. Overall enjoyable, good action and camera stuff. At the end though I was kinda disappointed since it seemed like a long Avengers trailer.

Re: The Movie Thread - Maxon - 07-23-2011

Saw Transformers 3 for free.  Action was good of course, outside of the mainstream, I must be one of the few who doesn't mind the action or get lost in it with the transformers fighting, but god damn...This is 500 million+ dollar movie, but there is so much stupid shit in this.

Sam is only there for plot convenience and he's a big douche.  Where cool things like the inclusion of Chernobyl or the Apollo 11 mission are put in, there's other bullshit about turning the humans into workers on a planet three times the size of earth, made of metal, and has no atmosphere...And why did Megatron never use the 200 decepticons left waiting in the wings in the previous two movies? And where did the giant worm bot come from? And where did the other autobots come from? And why were the parents brought back into the plot? And why are there so many stupid characters that get more screen time than some of the autobots? GAWD...It's hard to enjoy the big blockbuster action with all this bullshit surrounding it.

Re: The Movie Thread - Ianki - 07-24-2011

This looks legitimately awesome. Evil Dead 2...2

EDIT: This is not the evil dead remake trailer.  Comic-con isn't that cool this year.

Went and saw the new Captain America movie. Was more than pleased with it, it's my favorite marvel movie now, and my favorite movie of the year at the moment.

Until The Avengers movie comes out, anyway. Trailer was dope. And Captain America and Thor have a brawl? So hype.

Yes, because there was a complete lack of Gambit in any way, shape, or form in those two movies.

[/quote]first two xmens pale in comparison to first class, anyway. First Class was really fucking good.
