Looks like I know what I'm doing this weekend.

Besides catching up on all the sex I've been missing out on the last few months.

Re: The Movie Thread - KarthXLR - 11-03-2010

It's been close to 2 weeks since I've gotten a movie (two tv shows and a game) from Blockbuster.

No trollface needed here. The above statement is TRUE.

Also, watched The Curse of Frankenstein. Was good fun. Peter Cushing really fleshes out the Dr. Frankenstein character.

Season finale got REALLY REALLY good, then ended on a pretty underwhelming last 5-minutes. Wasn't nearly as good as season 1, but hey, it's dexter. Would still recommend to fans of the first season who haven't seen it yet.

Re: The Movie Thread - KarthXLR - 11-05-2010

Just watched The Apartment. Really really good. Jack Lemmon pulls off his character with flying colors and raises the bar for a lot of the cast.

Re: The Movie Thread - Geoff - 11-07-2010

watched scott pilgrim.  was very entertaining, idk how anyone who didnt play video games would watch this though.

Re: The Movie Thread - KarthXLR - 11-07-2010

Watched Touch of Evil. Great noir film, although I have to admit I'm a bit sick of how slow these type of movies start out. It's a good 50 minutes before things start REALLY getting good. The other 40 are build-up. It's not bad, just too much.
