Green Lantern Trailer 2011 HD

This looks...surprisingly not great. They were putting a lot of hype into this to.

I've seen trailers that have sold me bad movies, maybe this one is otherwise.

I must give them some points for showing a lot of other Green Lanterns and not just focusing on "Lol check how silly was Hal Jordan from the golden age" So i still have faith that all the comdey parts are from the beggining of the movie, where he hasn't met the corps yet.

But what made me rage is that on the trailer he is showin talking with Carol Ferris with his suit on, while on the comics, she doesn't know that Hal is GL until she becomes a Star Sapphire >:0

Re: The Movie Thread - at0m - 11-17-2010

All three of those look entertaining.

[/quote]Then you fail at math. And you fail at trolling if that's what you were trying to do, because we already figured out the trick at the top of the page.

You must be quicker in the art of trolling, young Daniel-san.

Re: The Movie Thread - KarthXLR - 11-20-2010

Saw Emma Watson getting progressively hotter part 7a Harry Potter today. Wasn't half bad, except for one or two really really laughably bad scenes. The special effects are still top-notch and the acting, for the most part, is solid. Cinematography is great, and it gets the story across without feeling rushed.

Re: The Movie Thread - KarthXLR - 11-20-2010

Also, I almost forgot.

I saw a trailer for this when I saw it. I facepalmed. Seriously, not even joking.

Red Riding Hood Movie Trailer Official (HD)

Hollywood has officially run out of ideas for movies.

Re: The Movie Thread - Stein - 11-20-2010

*facepalm*

I think I'm on HP #5 for the movie (I'm pretty sure I saw #4 at least).  Still only read 1-3 and parts of 4.  That's when it got old.
Are the books really worth picking up anymore? I'm kinda spoiled now that I've read a couple of Neal Stephenson books.
(yeah yeah, wrong thread, I know).

I'm planning to watch Invictus soon.

Re: The Movie Thread - Didzo - 11-20-2010

Gonna go see Harry Potter tonight.

Super excited.

I posted it before, but forgot about it...

Who's ready for more Zack-Snyder-slow-motion-cross-genre-action-eye-candy?

Sucker Punch - Official Trailer HD (Comic-Con 2010)

They could've cut out a bunch of the parts in the forest, in my opinion. Mostly just the parts where they sit around doing nothing.

Hell yeah brother. I wasn't sure if anyone else was excited for this.

Re: The Movie Thread - at0m - 11-20-2010

I personally was a fan of the Emma Watson porno scene in 7.

Re: The Movie Thread - Didzo - 11-21-2010

Harry Potter 7Pt1 thoughts:

Daniel Radcliff plays a 17 year old boy with a 5 o'clock shadow. Lol.
Emma Watson: Easy on the eyes.
Everything else: I saw flashing colors and sounds and stuff, but after it ended, did I feel like giving a shit about anything I saw or even remembering what I just sat through? Not at all.

I have a 5 o'clock shadow (albeit light) and I'm 17.

Oh yeah, forgot to add this to my earlier post. If you haven't read (or remember) the books and haven't been watching the movies, don't even bother going to see it. It's very clear that they're not trying to cater audiences who aren't familiar with the series.

Re: The Movie Thread - backfire - 11-21-2010

So I'm just gunna ignore the current subject and say this.

I saw Scott Pilgrim the other night.

New favorite movie.

Okay, resume your discussion about flashing colors and sounds.
