I still cannot believe that that strategy was so effective.

Thanks to Eightball's guide, I managed to waste hours playing TF2 again.

Superthanks to Niceguy who was a nice guy and hosted for us tonight. Honestly, Classic TF2 will just feel like its missing something. Until they add the upgrades into the game.

Really impressed with the level of effort that went into it.

I'm anticipating MVM-only weapons.

I love MvM.  I think the challenge level for the advanced campaigns is perfect.  AKA: hard as balls.

This. I wish I could have stayed on, but my computer started acting like a little brat.

We should get another game going tonight. It was a lot of fun.

Best part was when the map glitched and the tank kept rolling even when we had already lost. We killed the tank and we were all winners.

Kor kept being a winner for 2 more rounds, he had to leave the game to convince it that he wasn't a natural born winner (aka the "You Win" screen stood there for him)

Thanks NiceGuy

Also, with 6 people the mode is easy, you just need a Pyro, Kritz Medic, Soldier, Engineer, Heavy and Scout (to collect credits) to win. We should try playing with only 4 people.

Oh yeah, Victory! stuck in the middle of my targeting reticule. It was like aiming and bullets didn't matter, I just won everything.

I noticed that a set of crit stickes is the best you're going to get in setup. With upgrades to firing speed, reload and overall damage, I'd imagine pills are always going to be a better fit.

It's best for handling tanks, too. Lay some stickies for when they emerge, then blast them with pills. Feels awesome when you've got plenty of ammo and high reload/projectile/firing speed.

The way my teams have been handing tanks is an initial carpet of crit stickies followed by a full crit on me (as Heavy, running rate-of-fire and ammo capacity upgrades). Works pretty well.

Both times I've used loch n load demo were quite amazing. 8 rounds, fast reload, more ammo and faster pipe speed are all i dump into on loch n load. crit canteen for more rape

Wave 8 on Mann Up is ridiculous.  At least 2 tanks and constant giant heavies and crit soldiers.  Got have a team perfectly in sync for that to even be remotely possible.

Mann Up in general is ridiculous. Playin on my server last night was baby mode compared to this. We got 4 or 5 rounds in to the first mission and gave up at the rapid fire soldier+medic. I mean this is really meant for the people who've been playing this for years. Any trophies you get at the end better not be tradeable or giftable in anyway, just so people can look at this thing and know you earned it.

OH, idea. Take uber charge, wait for sentry buster, pick up sentry, pop uber, place sentry back down.

I finished 1 Mann Up mission. No scrubs. The story of the slaughter is in the updates of the week thread.
