You do annoy me, sometimes. But you really grew on me. I think I talked to you about this at some point in the past, but I think it largely stems from not being able to read certain social patterns. It's good to be honest about what you think, but you need to keep in mind how people will react to it, especially if you can't properly articulate what you want to say. Taking a moment before speaking/typing helps take care of the "HERP DERP."

Don't overthink things and be patient.

It's hard to say because there's a million things that can be show-stoppers but I have to go with mutual respect. It's great and all if your love your SO more than the entire world but if you don't treat him or her with trust and respect then your relationship won't be very stable. If your love has true resolve than you can trust them unconditionally and overcome any doubts you have about them. I'm realizing this is not making a lotta sense so I'm going to stop typing right about n

This actually makes a whole lot of sense and is an important element that many people (myself included) have a hard time realizing. It takes some vision to know how to truly respect someone. Bah...

Alternatively: Are we alone in this universe as far as sentient life?

I think that it would be nearly impossible that we are. Just none close to Earth, unless if you could chimps and dolphins.

This, it comes with time, a good thing to do is always think twice before you post something. Tone and phrasing matter a lot sometimes between things like...

"God this game sucks and you're fucking stupid for liking it"

and

"I found this game shallow and pedantic, maybe it has merit for you, but I was unable to find any positive points"


I also always think of the karma counter less of "how much people like me" and more of a ratio of the number of times someone has said something stupid to the number of times someone has said something insightful
