pretty cool video, but as boring as the missions in GW1 were I'm skeptical that they'll be able to deliver on everything they talk about in it.

GW kept me interested because I could use the almost-useless mercs in town to help me solo some stuff.  And I dug the rhythm of skill usage... I was a Warrior / Mesmerizer (?) and I totally dug the "start you off with this, which leads into this, which now makes you totally hate this..." mechanic. 

I'm staying 10000 miles away from FF 14.  Guild Wars 2, however, might deserve a look despite my MMO-blahs.

every time i see more about this game it looks even better. if they pull this shit off it will be a definite buy for me.
