[/quote]That's just situational picture taking, they're just trying to create a situation where there is none. If people were being kicked out of the Capcom booth for just cosplaying Megaman, there would be video, not just pictures of people milling about outside the booth that prove nothing. If they're being unruly, Capcom has the right to kick them out, or notify con security to issue a warning or temporarily remove them from the con. Also not to mention the fact that there are always huge lines at booths at cons like this, especially when there are plenty of fighting game players who live not far from San Diego at all who want to get their hands on Street Fighter X Tekken and Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3. So the cosplayers who are "banned" from the booth are probably just waiting in line to get in.

as much as you are right, i feel as if they deserve all these bullshit rumours and crap. with no plans to do anything but release fighting games to the western audience, why shouldnt they get this bad rep? because they USED TO release good megaman games and shit? mml3 was just the tipping point of why capcom should rethink its entire position on localizing some games and making others, it wasn't just mml3, never was. pheonix vs layton, ace investigations 2, and a lot more quality games that westerners will probably never see, and this is because they think the fans aren't interested in them. so people want to prove them wrong, but during the time of extreme frustration and stuff over mml3 being cancelled and the thought of the whole megaman series going under, these false rumours are spread to give capcom a bad rep. its a consequence they should have expected for a lackluster reason for cancelling a highly anticipated game. it was truly the tipping point.

the thing is capcom won't respond positively to bs rumors and them saying negative things about the company. no company would. the corporate level will see this and think they're a bunch of entitled pricks not worth catering to because they're immature. the civil stuff like the 100,000 strong for MML3 group on facebook? they'll see that and respond positively. Ono wanting a new darkstalkers game and asking fans to hold up money to show interest for it? great. but the corporate level doesn't see money in that, even though the developers would like to do it. same thing basically goes for Nintendo regarding operation rainfall. I hope they'll be more open to new ideas (and dragon's dogma, asura's wrath shows they're more open to new IPs, as well as that one really weird 3DS game that they're doing that's coming out, shit looks awesome.) and while I love inafune, he hated the way the japanese market was which is release more and more sequels instead of unique new IPs, and despite Capcom's statement MML3 cancelled has something to do with Inafune quitting. Sure there were other reasons but that was pretty huge. Capcom is still trying to cope with him leaving, and wouldn't be surprised if they were doing company restructuring at the corporate level, looking for person/s to fill Inafune's shoes, since he's been with the company pretty much since they were founded.

But positive reinforcement instead of spreading BS rumors will entice companies to do better. Saying stuff like "Hey, I'm mad you cancelled MML3, but I understand things need to be done and hope you bring it out sometime in the future. Please consider bringing out the new Ace Attorney games here as well." Also I do expect the Phoenix Wright and Layton game to come out here sometime, as Layton is pretty popular over here, and I'm sure Level 5 has some say in whether it gets localized or not.

TLR be civilized, not stupid and completely angry. Or if you want to write angry stuff, write it without trying to come off as a self-entitled prick and think about how you're actually going to write it. Of course a majority of the angry people aren't going to read this anyway and go about trying to get Capcom to release MML3 in a completely non-productive way that won't make Capcom want to even try and please them as they're coming off completely rude and even if it did come out, would find some bullshit thing to complain about anyway. I deal with this everyday at work, you just can't please everyone. It sucks, even though they're being completely rude to you you try and treat them in a civilized manner and they just complain more. (Like the guy arguing that Gamestop would give them $40 in store credit for Fable III, even though I'm telling him I'm looking at Gamestop's website and they sell the game for $40. I had also called Gamestop, and I think they were giving $14 and I was offering $21 in store credit.)
