I gotta say.
This is sexy as hell. And it was in the FAQ. There will be a direct logical replica of WC3 DotA, and DotA built to escape the limitations of that engine.

now this is supposed to be a GOOD game? seems boring as all shit, all the boring parts of LoL except for whatever reason people seem to enjoy it
will agree graphics are sexy though. pissed because i had no commentary then went to english and the screaming british/aussie neckbeards annoyed me and i couldn't go back to no commentary also it froze like 2 times in 5 minutes

In my case I enjoy both DotA and LoL. What draws me to DOTA2 is a lot of nostalgia for the game that brought me into the MOBA genre. That being said, nostalgia will only hold me for so long, so I'm hoping DOTA2 brings more than that to the table.

I'm kinda pissed that they put the videos on Youtube but not any of the commentaries so I have no idea what's happening. Also I'm not impressed at all with the gameplay from some of the teams.

What lag said. More characters and less maps isn't really an issue in these games because the biggest factor most of the time is team composition. It doesn't really matter where you fight, it's the combinations of the hero abilities that determine how the fights will play out. More champions facilitates more ability combinations and giving you more diverse gameplay. More maps are always nice though, but I'd prefer different gametypes.
