All I've said is that the hitboxes are glitching up more and more with each update.

As for the hit boxes..yea..I've noticed as a sniper. It's been getting harder to nail someone in the eye as I've fired MANY shots to the head that didn't register properly. I just have to get over it and make the best of it.

Also I do think his back stab animation is a bit too long. It looks cool and all but it's useless in comparison to a quick stab. Either shorten the animation or get rid of it, because that's what messes me up most of the time  Tongue That being said you can still do reasonably well as a spy.

a spy successfully taking out anything more than a sniper medic or heavy would be overpowered, they allready have one hit kills and invisability, there not meant to be able to take out other classes, they take out key opponents and GTFO.


like they fuck up a chance at an uber, if they are lucky they can take out the heavy to

fine, i could live with that, its the class role, but one spy getting behind your line and taking out anything with its back turned would be fucking stupid.


or like 4 snipers because people who play lots of sniper are fucking cowards and racists, and on numerous occasion are to retarded to realise there 9 other sniper boyfriends stood well out of the way of real danger are being stabbed and mortlested (molested while dead, i just came up with it.)

Cuz Karth whines enough in game that I've had to mute him before as a warning to chill out, and now he's bringing it on the forums. It's just unnecessary, and it's not anything we haven't all already heard.

I'm not trying to pick on Karth specifically, since DarkChief brought this thread to the forums and he's certainly juts as responsible for bringing the QQ, but when people whine that much, I'm just not sure whether they're being serious or not. Thus, I respond out of annoyance.

I really don't want them to buff spy, I mean if you can get skilled at him you are insanely deadly and can make a team crumble by making them paranoid, taking out their medics and sentries.  Even with things as is.  If they get a buff way too many people will play them and they will be super annoying.

It's exactly like a sniper, you need 1 good one on your team....maybe 2 in certain situations.  And they aren't for winning the whole round they are for taking out certain objectives.

That said tweaking some things would be very helpful if they could cut out some of the annoying glitchy bits, but I think they'd have to overhaul their entire hit detection system.

Is backstab not registering a pain in the ass yes. Is getting shot at when your already 'safely' behind the wall fun no. Its called lag yes hit detection could be better and I hope they do improve it. I figure playing spy is basically a bunch of options, the better the opposing players the less choices you can make. The spy doesn't need any fucking suits to make him fire proof he just needs more options. Unlockables that make him go well now I can do this but I can't do that a choice.

Unless you play Solly or Demoman, they aren't affected the same.  And Pyros tend to benefit, as it makes them appear in a rearview mirror for their attacks (closer than they appear), though that leaves them more vulnerable as well I suppose.

The whole networking trick annoys me simply because there is no way to compensate for it in many (melee) situations, where leading fire worked in more traditional networking setups.  It just makes me want to avoid melee unless the first step was mine, but oh well =<.

I LOVE sniping with a partner. A good partner..not a shitty one. With two good snipers working together you can take all angles and close off choke points and make artificial choke points.
