ACEN 2015 Mega-Thread - [Room List Update March 21]

I may know of some parties that would be interested in grabbing a room at the Hyatt. When we get to the point of consolidating rooms and canceling extra ones, talk to me before just tossing the reservation, as I'd like to look into getting some transferred. I can already say that I'm on the lookout for a king room that isn't wanted.

Not that it matters this early on. I doubt we'll do any canceling until March, especially with ~45 people left to bug about ACEN...

I might have more local friends I'd like to have in the suite with me. I can't edit the spreadsheet currently, but I expect to have at least 2 non-brbu people with me, maybe 4.

Also I heard that people were playing the Fantasy Flight Star Wars minis game at the con last year. Who was that, and will you be doing that again this year? 2 of my friends are really into it and would be more likely to show if I talked up being able to do that with cool people.

Early to Mid March, as that starts to get into room cancellation deadlines, also BUG PEOPLE, need that list of maybes split more into 'yes' and 'no'
