Anyone know of this problem or how to fix it?

how long has it been sitting there?

Hmm, odd, well you could try launching it like Toilet Duck said, see if it finishes itself out while you play. I know Ive had this problem before with other games, just gotta delete and keep trying usually its steam hiccuping

I've had TF2 sitting on "0% updating" plenty of times, which didn't seem to have any affect on anything.
