I'm willing to go second if no one else takes it before I get home.  Doesn't really matter to me one way or another.

Seriously you don't play DF with a graphics pack. What next, you want to play Nethack without the obscure keyboard commands?

Ffffff
This is why we should of come up with a player list
Okay
I say this order:
1.TheAnyKey
2.Eschatos
3.Chooly
We'll decide who's after that
Is this okay?

Also, Surf, the visualizer is a bit difficult to understand since it's missing a ton of objects that it doesnt show (Pumps, tables, chairs, any furniture, workshops) plus it's hard to see underground.
The general idea with the water purifier is that the pump is near the entrance to the Fortress, one level down, and you should see a screw pump next to a couple puddles of water.  Now, I have no idea how to get rid of those puddles since they seem to be stuck in a kind of neverending wave, but it shouldn't interfere.  There are hallways with channels at the end that the pump shoots water through, all the way down to a resevoir located underneath the dining area (Which I havn't set up yet.)  There's a wall at the end of the resevoir that needs to be put in so that the water stays pure.

The hard part about living in oceans and drinking freshwater, is that all water on a map with any saltwater, is saltwater.  Screw pumps act like purifiers, since they turn it back into fresh, but if the pumped water touches ANY NATURAL surface, or other saltwater, it immediately turns back into saltwater.

Well hopefully this won't matter at all.  No true dwarves should be drinking water.

Well I made a couple of extra barrels so we had extra time to get the pumps to work.
Once you start, I recommend that you get to making a ton of ale, we need that ale or else.

Most recent, sorry, I'll reupload and see what the problem is

Anybody know a good hosting site that can upload entire folders?
Since for some reason, the saves file can't be compressed or else it says something like it goes corrupt.

EditBig Grinid you put the objects folder in?

Edit:Okay, I tested the folders I uploaded and it works fine for me.
Are you sure you have the right version and installed the game and/or the files I gave right?
Can anyone else try to see if the stuff I uploaded is broken or not?

Is the version you're using modded?

I did everything you recommended and still no work.  When I extract and overwrite everything, it tells me the "index" file is corrupted.

Yes, I modded it, but I put the files there, in the raw folder, so it should work.
It works fine when I overwrite my regular files.
Are you sure you have the newest version from the main site?
I downloaded another file of Dwarf Fortress from the main site (Mirror 1) and tested it with the stuff I uploaded, it still works okay for me.
Did you download from the main site?
I think you might need to redownload, or download a second file for the brb.u fortress
Main site:http://www.bay12games.com/dwarves/
Download for my saves and modded files that I put up already:http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7S4M4YVL

Wait, are you using a Mac?
