yeah, I'm really looking forward to playing all of WT's songs, there are a decent amount on there I don't like, but they'll be fun to play atleast, and does tend to make the songs grow on you. I can't wait to try out drums for it. :B

Well I hate 99% of rock and 99% of mainstream music, I have no illusions that my music taste (Jazz/Drum and Bass/Old skool Hip Hop/Reggae/Dub/A lot of other stuff) will ever be catered to by the teeny bopper/mainstream obsessed music game makers... So I'm a difficult case... Audiosurf ftw...

Ew and EEEEEWWW.... Those 'nerdcore' rappers are so bad... The only good "nerdy" hip hop is made by Del the funky Homosapien. (Check Deltron 3030)

And I didn't say I wanted them in GH or RB... A Jazz Band would be nice or something based on another music style... They don't have to be mutually exclusive...

I hate GH3 with a passion. The note charts suck, the songs suck, the in-game ads suck, the battles suck, the hammer-ons suck, the art style sucks, the star power bar sucks, the DLC sucks, the menu screen sucks, and the high score list sucks. The guitar excellent though.

Guitar Hero III was the biggest waste of money evar! I wish I would've never bought it... Love Rock Band though!

See..I love Guitar Hero and I thought III wasn't that bad. I didn't really like Rock Band too much..even with the drumset shtuff.

Well most rap doesn't have guitar, but it's not like it just doesn't exist. See this and this for some examples/proof that it would work.

edit: Well, what you said about repition: it's certainly true of most mainstream rap; and the Guitar Hero/Rock Band franchises are certainly sticking with a more mainstream music selection. Hopefully they'd find stuff that works, or branch out.
