I think that older Razer keyboards use Cherry MX Blue switches. The newer ones have switches that are green in color, but aren't actually MX Greens. They are clones of Cherry switches but their color doesn't have anything to do with the Cherry switch characteristics. They click like the MX Blues, but have a slightly lighter actuation force and a slightly higher actuation point.
