I think the most frequent thing I hear on mumble are calls for 'I need X' or 'We need more of Y'. Below are some general categories that I'm going to fill out based on replies below, if you later on spec into something else, please make a new reply rather than editing your post. Some things are already filled out.

BRBU Outfit Armory

This spreadsheet contains three sheets which outline the outfit's infantry, vehicle, and squad leader upgrades. It is open to editing by everyone, so please review your unlocks and ensure that the listed information is correct. If you are not listed, add yourself by right-clicking on a row and inserting a row that corresponds to your alphabetical placement (don't forget to do it on all three sheets)

Since this document can become cluttered quite easily, please follow the following conventions: When listing unlocks, state them in alphabetical order. Do not bother mentioning low-level tools (ex. Healing level 2) or personal low-impact upgrades (ex. Nanoweave armor). If a weapon is unique in its designation in a weapon class, feel free to use that (ex. AA for the MAX burster, AV for the Hades), otherwise please specify the name (ex. Blueshift vs Nebula vs Quasar). Use numerical prefixes to note dual-wielding or multiples, and use hyphenated suffixes for other variations that you think are relevant (ex. -S denotes a high power scope).

Added myself to the original post. We should also at some point have a few career HA's get Concussion Grenades. Room breaching is made easy with them.
I would be embarrassed to tell you what I have but I pretty much got everything from a kill whore perspective......  plus a gal  lol..

I pretty much have everything that I've been focusing on unlocked.  I now need to focus on c4, proximity and tank mines.  

Mag = Beast     AV, AI, Main Cannon.      2ndary weapons,  the sky is the limit.
Lib  = Beast      AA gun,  Zypher and tank nose cannon.    
Sunderer = Has AMS station but no ammo silo.
Lightning -  Sky guard -limp dick
Gal =  AA gunship that does absolutely nothing.
Air scythe = beast  Av, AI pods.
Max = Beast   Dual bursters and nebula
Medic  = beast  lv 5 healing
Heavy = Beast  both AA and AV launchers
Engy =   Working on him currently    ( I wants tank mines)
Light assault, C4

Dual burster MAX
Light Assault w/ C4 and Infiltrator w/ prox mines. I should probably start spending my certs.
Engineer

I've got the A2A and A2G rockets for the Scythe.

Didzo Cert Corrections, Updates, and Notes:

Vehicles:
- ESF - I actually have no Air to Air, though I am able to pick off other fighters from time to time. I do have rocket pods, however, and will look into getting AA stuff now that I feel confident in the air.
- Sundy - I do not have gate crash, but may buy it in the near future if necessary.

Infantry:
- HA - Anti-ground Hades (and a bunch of other stuff for survivability)
- Engineer - Tank mines and a level 3 repair gun that will likely be certed up soon.
- Max - Dual burster for AA

Squad:
- Level 2 beacon, soon to be upgraded. It may not get me many certs, but I like to play as squad/platoon lead enough to justify it.

I have certs but have a lot of trouble deciding what to use them on...
bought photon pods for my scythe and put ~200 certs into my scythe, may buy A2A secondary come the 21st
I don't seem to get certs very quickly even when I do play, so I'm lacking significantly in cert unlocks but I'm saving up for Rival Combat Chassis for the Mag, Thermal sights for my Skyguard, and Mines for Infil.

A2A is very worthwhile, but even as a shitty dogfighter, what you do best is scare off enemy ESFs and kill liberators

Infil gets proxy mines/bouncing betties/claymores depending on the empire but they all do the same thing

I'll be using this (and the "Worth it" thread) to evaluate my purchases on/after the 21st. You can almost certainly put me down for:
