With Me + possibly A in the king upstairs, Commish and his wife on the futon downstairs, and Dtrain and Vera on the floor the math in my head says there's two more body-size spots on the floor, one upstairs and one downstairs. Amanda may also not come so there'd be an additional spot on the upstairs bed (little spoon), but she still hasn't decided. Either way, yes there should be room for Kase.

Do I need to keep the second room in my name, or does it need to be transferred to someone?

I think transferred. Cheese and Pie's rooms (a double and king Two kings) were to be dropped instead, presumably one of those two would be the person you transfer the room to.

Put me in atom's room for now. If people want to move around I'm fairly flexible with the room I end up in.

If there's less risk just keeping it in my name that's OK with me (yay hyatt points). My credit situation should be such that I can float the expense at that point. I'll have to poke one of them + the hotel to figure that out this week.

Online registration closes in a couple of days. If you don't already have a badge lined up (either yourself or through me), get on that shit! Our group order was Tier 1 so I should receive about 22 badges shortly. I still need to talk to about 5 of you about your payment, everyone else has either paid or otherwise spoken to me.

Also gonna post just one more time; we are very close to meeting our present community fund goals. I'm talking double-digits close.

So I guess it does actually turn out I'm moving before ACEN goes down. Hopefully it doesn't kill my attendance/cosplay.

I meant to remind people yesterday to check and make sure room runners had adequate balance on credit cards that the room reservations are under, because the one night's deposit came out today.

Well crap. I had bought a chair this month and am just at my limit. Made a payment just now, here's hoping everything goes through or Hyatt calls me if it doesn't since I could use my debit card if I really needed to.

I have not gotten charged either as of today

Quick question as I plan tickets for train. I assume that you guys are heading up Thursday , right? Is anyone passing the AmTrack station in Chicago that could maybe pick me up?

Depending on what station you are going into you should have easy access to the blue line (~0.5mi at most)

And the blue line drops off right at the con.

IIRC Amtrak goes to Union Station which would put him close to the Blue Line.

Im landing at O'hare at 7:46pm on 5/14, and leaving from O'hare on 5/17 at 4:14pm. I plan on going to the hotel and dropping my stuff off and then meeting everybody wherever they may be.

I arrive in O'Hare on 5/14 around 4PM, leave around 4PM on 5/17.

I'll be calling soon about getting my room connected to Party Cat as well so it can be spillover or at the very least a buffer for party noise.
