I was able to get July 23rd to the 31st off.
It was the best I could get; everything else filled up, and October was the next available, which would be way too late/cold to do anything fun. A few summer weeks were opened up after my first bidding round but this was all that was left by the time it got to me.
Hopefully this is good for at least some folks to come up and visit! The weather should be mighty fine by then, lots to do.

I vote we rename it BRBu Fest North incase we do a Southern version. Unless we have BRBu'ers in Churchill or Alaska.

After discussing this a bit, we decided to cancel this.
Generally, there's a lack of interest. I definitely understand, lots of things recently changed life and job wise for a lot of people, so no worries. Baby's on the way for the D-train family, new jobs for a few, generally stressful work/school for others.
It's also working out to be very expensive for Kyle to get the time off due to being so new at his job, so we're just going to not do it this year. It would make more sense for Kyle to give back his request for this time off than to keep it and have only a few people maybe able to show up/people being unable to commit until the last minute.
Maybe another time.
