An all payload night sounds pretty epic.
You know what I would kind of like to see...a mixture of ctf and cp game play.  I am picturing three or five control points plus an intel near each spawn.  You have to grab the enemies intel three times and control all the control points to win.  Would be a bitch to complete but would definitely throw standard strategies through a loop.  You would have to have like one or two people going for intel at all times, some people on defense plus a party trying to cap the control points.

avanti and one other map have a hybrid sort of gameplay, avanti crashes like 33% of people and the other one has broken scoring Sad
I loved avanti, I wish it wasn't broken  :'(

Basically blu wins if they capture point E but capturing a through d makes it easier to do so, E is initially very difficult almost impossible to cap.
Steel was actually pretty fun.

But I played a PL version of dustbowl that was pretty wicked..

Im gonna save those PL maps for tuesday, have a PL night
+1 for a map that references Price is Right. I just hope it's worth playing on. Smile

I wonder how a back and forth payload map would turn out. So instead of a Dustbowl style of Payload where it's one way, maybe one where you could go back and forth with a cart that starts in the middle, like capture points on Well or Granary. Might be a big pain in the butt to actually play though.

Indeed.  More seriously though so I'm not totally spamming, pl_dustbowl looks worth a try.  Basically, dustbowl as a PL instead of CP.

I've actually played the map, a halo classic btw, and it's not that bad.

ctf_convoy_v2 is on the server, its a better version with improved polish and another way to get across, fixes some of the class balance issues
I wish dm_store wasn't utterly broken. It's a fun map for when all you want to do is kill stuff, but the match cannot end when it's running. Period. No overtime, no nothing. It just sits at 0 and chaos continues to reign.

If it weren't for that, I'd totally suggest it, even if it was out of the standard rotation. D:
