I'm sure I missed some (for example, couldn't find Great Bacon after a few minutes of searching). Can we edit these into the first post for each weekly thread (at least until we develop the need for a subforum)? It'd be helpful for keeping track of who all has and plays BC2 here

Make a new thead stickied thread -> keep track of IDs -> I will add to the reserve list

Edit: The only "requirement" I'm putting forward for a sub forum is either a lot of people already here playing it or....we start getting people joining the community from the BC2 server

There was  a good number of people that I know IRL playing there, Planes being one of them, most of them also did not play PS, save for MajorAngry

Just an fyi, because in-game chat sucks so bad. You homos that haven't bothered to hop in vent (u know who u are) should try it some time, if for nothing else than to help Vandam get off (I'm pretty sure he only gets into vent so he can pop a chubby everytime someone cries about dying to him). Even if you're fat and have nothing to talk about but food and games (me and versus), I'm sure you'll be at least semi-welcome. Unless your name is Eschatos and you are there to complain about lag, then all bets are off

But if you do stop by, introduce yourself and introduce yourself early. Would you like receiving a reach-around from a complete stranger? Exactly. It's pretty lame to jump in vent and sit there soaking in the atmosphere like a complete voyeur. It's creepy and awkward in a "I-touched-my-mute-retarded-cousin-inappropriately-all-weekend-and-now-I've-volunteered-to-babysit-her-at-the-family-reunion" sort of way, so try not to be that creeper.

Also invite people that start to become regulars into our vent. I hate not being able to chat with people while playing.

That might help. This game suffers from the social aspect which sucks because when you get in a squad with the right people the game gets dramatically better. I think I need to start trying to use in squad voice chat.

it skips and lags and sounds terrrrrrrible (at least in my experience). and then you get jackasses who buzz incredibly loud, whose idea of "blowing up all the buildings on the map" is to plant at all the objectives

but sure, i don't think i see a prob with posting vent, so long as versus doesnt mind keeping a handle on ruffians who may or may not get out of line
