Be Right Back, Uninstalling

The general rules of the server are as follows


1) Be Respectful to all other players and admins

2) Don't be an asshat, this includes griefing and other activities

3) No excessive mic spam

4) No teamstacking, we expect good players to do what they can to balance teams


Enforcement:

1) Warned to stop, if the player stops no further action is necessary

2) For mic spammers, use the !mute and !gag commands for a few minutes, for other offenses warn them again

3) Temporary Ban - default I believe is 20 or 30 minutes

4) Permanent ban - set the time as 0, this sets the ban time for infinity, skip part 3 if someone is particularly offensive

I would like to add a few more people as admin, especially people who aren't afraid to throw down the ban hammer. :-X

Im serious about adding a few more admins though, while one of us is usually contactable its just easier to have someone in the server who can deal with things right then and there rather than having to message Kor or I.

Why can't I ban people?  I don't recall abusing my other powers in a while.

Aren't I already an admin?

I've never tried to mute/kick/ban someone (not knowing the guidelines behind it) but I've set birthday mod, failed at correctly changing maps and slapped a person or two before. ^_^

There are varying degrees of access permitted on a account by account basis, Tossing banhammers around may sound sexy, but it is a responsibility, and the authority must be respected as such. I hope everyone recognizes that having the power doesn't mean you're in power. <3

Ah. Makes sense that there are several levels of admin.

Bans don't mean power, the ability to manipulate the birthday mod does. :p

If I were an admin I'd have to ban myself for ingringing upon almost every rule on the server.

Note the excessive, more along the lines of play it for a bit, but if someone asks you politely to turn it off, then you turn it off. Music isnt necessarily bad, its the stuff that is made specifically to annoy people in servers that needs to go.
