The only thing that might hold you back is the integrated graphics. If you can run L4D2 then you should be able to run ND.

I don't know if you ever played natural selection or any other similar mod. But if you want to know what it's like imagine a brink that is good (modified TF2 that is stripped down to 4 classes and is set in the future), then add in the fact that one player on your team is the commander and he gets to make RTS style buildings and direct where you should be attacking.
A few of us got the server packed tonight... then it crapped out at 11:45.
Looking at the stats, it tends to crap out a lot.
Might wanna look into getting that fixed.
