ok help me out...

explanation of the virus:

cant open task manager, cant go to websites of antivirus or spyware shit, even if i am able to download the antivirus/spyware programs it will NOT let me run any of them.  Constant iExplore and firefox popups, even changed the desktop wallpaper which states "YOU HAVE VIRUS DL THIS PROGRAM"  and a big red X in the taskbar saying DOWNLOAD ANTIVIRUS.

help.
Reinstall windows. Format your drives. Etc etc etc. Back up any data beforehand and hope that the virus isnt smart enough to go with your files. Probably the simplest fix. :-[
stop downloading from shady porn sites
Stop sucking so much dick.

But seriously...my friend had this problem.  Just google whatever that thing on your desktop says and there will be a step by step set of directions to seek and destroy that virus.
Lol that's not even just a virus/spyware, that's malware. You either ran a damn porn.exe or you have activeX allowed to run without checking and you went to the shittiest porn/german crack site you could find.

What antivirus program is it telling you to download specifically, full name including any typos if they're there. That's the only way to even start fighting it without a reformat.

Speaking from experience, make sure your windows install disc has at least service pack 2 with it if your reinstalling XP, and run anti-virus/malware fixes before connecting to the internet again.  Malware that's rooted deep tends to be hard to dig out.
This page has a solution on it somewhere for that problem.

As for malware removal, i recommend Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

For anti-virus, Clamwin. It doesn't do an active scan (files that are being accessed) but schedule it to run every few days and you should be fine.

All of the above are free as well.
seriously gray how do you even know how to use a fucking mouse.
reformat
hard.

wow... whoever that somputer belongs to should stop going to porn sites if he doesn't know what he (she?...) is doing
The ones that auto close anti-virus related processes (these even include Norton web sites and free web diagnostics) really just need a good format to exorcise those demons.  Back your shit up and give it a go.

You could also try to find a boot disc with a more recent anti-virus or anti-malware program on it, but i don't know where you would find a good one of those.

or install linux? i don't know.

Maybe i'm a virus.
Ianki gave me a virus. :-[
