How do you get motion sick from this, but then enjoy the hell out of Mirror's edge? I mean, I don't get sick from either game, but Mirror's edge seems worse to me. :|

It's the graphics.  When the graphics aren't that great I get motion sickness.  Dunno why.

I kind of..um. Got ambitious and wanted to get those military assault rifles early...so I killed the whole military squad that was guarding the train line...oopsie..

Oh yeah?  Well when I was playing the modded version I accidentally pissed off the patrol from the military base to the south of the starting area and then they got into a big war with all the rookies at the camp and I went over to the military base and killed the commander while everyone else was away D=.

That's the best thing about this game.  There's no right or wrong answer.

for me , its all about the headbob.

i can play tf2 for hours , but HL2 kills me in 40 minutes

Considering that assault rifle they carry is badass...hayul no.

has anyone played the online yet, i havnt because i havnt looked for the 1.0006 patch yet.

I thought all the patches downloaded when I dl'ed the game?

I thought so to, but its only 1.0005
I d/l the 1.0006 patch but when i run it it says
Already updated, 1.0005, no updates needed

The 1.00006 patch was recalled by the developers for causing more problems then fixing anything. It still exists on a few sites, but it's not the proper "latest" version.

And if anyone's ever feeling particularly masochistic, try STALKER on master difficulty.  Then get ready to die a lot.  Imagine the cheapness of COD4 with the unforgivingness of STALKER.  I am determined to beat it though.
