Just going by what I've played and is on that list, Far Cry 3.  I got about 20 hours of my run of the singleplayer and it has the map editor and two types of multipler, so you can get alot out of it....

For those that got the THQ bundle, they just added more stuff, so you retroactively get it if you paid over the average.  They added the DLC pack to Red Factions: Armageddon, Titans Quest, and Warham...
