all in all, I've traded my Scout's Tosslecap, Ten Gallon and Mining light for:
Demoman's Fro
Demoman's Pirate Hat
Medic's Pickelhaube
Sniper's Sola Topi
Soldier's Kabuto
update to my ventures. I traded up to the Hot Rod, traded some tokens for a Ten Gallon, and traded that for a Brain Slug.
All my class hats are painted 8). Except the Hot Rod. Purple Tyrolean, light purple/pink Brain Slug, and JOHNNY BRAVO Hound Dog.

traded a lot of stuff, bought a few things, right now i have: bald scout, jughead hat; grenadier's softcap, worms hat; violet-painted pirate hat; white-painted heavy duty rag; safe'n'sound which i got as a store promotion item for spending $20, engi cap, cancer engi; panama that i bought so i could paint it black, but i can't, also two bald snipers because i was going to give one to liquid and bought it before i remembered you can't trade bought stuff; frenchman's beret.
also, named my sniper rifle "SPIES ARE FAGGOTS" and my rocket launcher "Utsuho's Third Leg"
Traded for a Hound Dog and Baker Boy (thanks to Vietling John and Karrde respectively
) bought a Vintage Tyrolean and Texas Ten Gallon.
Now, I'm willing to trade a Bald Engie. I'll take anything for it, even a camera beard, so, if anybody out there wants one, hit me up.
OH, and I also painted my master's yellow belt pink, and renamed it Vintage Hobo's Pink Belt
