Follow directions: Auth. Then get yourself invited (/msg chanserv inviteme #brbuninstalling). THEN join. Then if you have ops do this /mode #brbuninstalling -i

Gamesurge has a weird habit of adding modes after a netsplit. It's annoying and unneeded.
