WTF??? It's very real...and WTF?

Just saw this on the Kotaku live blog

I'm watching the presser. It takes place in New Orleans..with a tank that literally looks like a hick. Nov. 17. Why the fuck are they coming out with another one this damn early?

To be honest, I thought it was a joke at first.

So if this is the only shit we get from Valve this year I'm going to be slightly less pleased with them than I normally am.

yeah i wouldnt buy the second one if it came out this year, id rather they just keep updating the first one like they do with TF2

I'm still stunned they announced a sequel..and it comes out this year. It hasn't even been out for a damn year.

the kotaku blog was funny and crecente said it was dead rising 2 at first, so I thought "Dead Rising 2 with multiple towns? sweet!"

It hasn't even been a year....

If you make a sequel, less than a year after the initial release, that is acknowledgment that the first product was a failure, in my eyes at least...

so im gonna save my money for some real games like SC2 and Diablo 3

Hell, they haven't gotten full support for the SDK and all it's features. The real question is what's gonna happen with the first game?

Why don't you look at the Steam forums..they're going fucking beserk..lawlz..I'll see if anyones uploaded a youtube.

they go fucking berserk every time there is a title update for a game. i remember when they introduced melee cool down in L4D, i registered on the forums just to make fun of all the noobs.

I will buy this if it's cool. I don't hold grudges for long. I hope it's not priced as a full game though. At the very least, people who own L4D should get a discount.

it's not that i have a grudge, it's that in order for me to buy a new full game every 6 months from the same IP, it better be fuckin amazingly impressive as i am going to have mega high standards for it.

it's like windows doing a full release every time they fix a bug and charge full price for it. o wait...
