Feels like the metal value for hats is really going down lately, or is it just me?

1 refined, 1 reclaimed, 1 scrap each, so 4 refined and a reclaimed in total. I think I could have done a little better, but easier to just get them all from one source. I didn't have a dedicated Scout or Sniper hat anyway, and the Dapper's Topper is just awesome.

You got a sweet deal, though that doesn't really reflect the overall prices. It really depends on if someone needs metal or not.

It's really interesting to watch this TF2 economy now that metal is a money.

My instinct would be to sell now when they're new, there's a big craze for them, and nobody knows what they're worth.  But that's just a guess.  They could go up or down in value -- I have no idea.

I think they will go down in value, except for like maybe the first 10, or if you have a cool number like 69, 42, etc.

The soldier's medals can not be crafted and there are a finite number, where as the Veils can be crafted at any time.
