Naw not totally true he mentioned that some of the rooms at the house he went to had a japanese flag sticker/sign on the doors - that means that the prostitute inside will only accept japanese males.

The other ones were fair game.  I figured this place was close to the dock so it was a hot spot.  It's about $60 for 15 minutes but he said they are generous and let you go till you are done most of the time.
