It's had me worried as I was only hearing the fingerprints of Daft Punk behind all the orchestral...business. Half way through they have about a half dozen tracks that are far more their style; but I don't know about using a 100 piece orchestra, it almost doesn't fit that slick, techno-underworld feel the movie appears to have. That aside, all of it is completely epic, just not what one would normally expect from them(or perhaps that was the intent).
this is pretty much what i think

i think the whole idea of the orchestra was to include the overwhelming sound that it would produce to enhance the idea of "the grid", and unknown world in the computer system full of questions. however, when someone signs daft punk, you expect the good ol' electronic beats and 'funk' to say the least to be the main portion of the track. it rather feels like daft punk was an after thought on the soundtrack when they explicitly stated "how could one not think of daft punk when making tron: legacy?" or whatever

honestly i have no other complaints about the soundtrack other than perhaps making the songs longer than what my leaked version has and stuff. its full of two minute stuff the builds up and crashes, or in the case of derezzed just the continuous beats to have your head bobbing to the beat. there's so much more for potential is what i feel, but for what i have, i say "great job"

Nice, good forum-reading music.  I wish deadmau5 had more techno-y stuff and less house stuff (like ghosts 'n stuff, which is a phenooooomenal song).

Didn't listen to it, but its funneh because you're supposed to use "para" instead of "por" in the case of the album title.
