DAFT PUNK. DOIN IT RIGHT FT PANDA BEAR 1 MINUTE SNIPPET
I CANT WAAAAAAAAAAAAIT
i really like this
at first i was worried this album would be another HAA, but i'm actually excited now

Me too.  I think it will make lots of Homework fans angry, but there is literally no pleasing them.  I am excite.

I've always been a marginal Daft Punk fan.  To elaborate: I've always appreciated their work when I hear it, but never sought it out.  But they've done a really nice job with this next album, and I find myself for the first time actively searching for their material.

That and I want to put Get Lucky on an infinite fucking loop in my car.

I've been jamming the disco guitar riff erreday.

This will be a song of the summer of 13.

Every bit that gets released makes me more excited.
RAM is available for itunes streaming and therefore most probably leaked too
streaming it on Grooveshark currently.
GROOOOOOOVY
10/10
funk is back?
I am currently listening to the new Daft Punk album and am regrettably disappointed. There are like two songs I am really into so far. Not saying it's bad it just really did not live up to the hype.
maaaaan i wanted to be the first one to post about it.

Instant Crush and Touch are the highlights of the album for me, mainly cause Julian Casablancas has got it, and Touch sounds like a masterpiece to me regardless of how unfamiliar I am with Paul Williams.

Oh and don't forget about Doin' It Right. The part where Panda Bear's vox start is glorious.

The hype train for the album got way out of hand (especially the collaborator videos jfc), but considering that this is a chilled out, groovy, disco-funk-what-you'll-call it attempt from edm's big boys of france, I dig it quite well.
That said, it shouldn't be about the hype but what the album felt like to you.
Whenever I see anyone type EDM, I read it as EBM and get a little excited and then go "oh."

Team Rocket Double Trouble Song

I woke up out of a dream singing this song...
new QotSA album is rad as fuck. summer album for sure

waiting on my legit QoTSA.

Modern Vampires of the city is underwhelming so far. Some songs are cool (Unbelievers, Step), but they definitely over-abused post-processing the vocals.

God, this was such a hit in 1989, but still stands up so well.

Young MC - Bust A Move

Just as Disco is coming back now (daft punk), I can' wait till late 80s hip-hop style comes back.
