Apparently they reverted all of them back to normal except the Powerjack.
TF2 has been buggy since the no-hat update.

The axe could already random crit, basically all they did was on any weapon that could not crit they gave them back random crits, but lowered the damage of a normal hit by 25%
So I finally had a chance to play since the update. Holy Fuck the flaregun is so awesome now.

I would totally pay for a paper one, and I haven't bought a comic since I was 12.\
