valve's too lazy to code something random although creating a random variable isnt even hard iirc
rand() - It exists in
most all languages, it will make something off the processor's clock cycle, its technically not truly 100% random, but its good enough for most express purposes, like the one in question.
[/quote]yeah the problem with that is it could theoretically create something a year down the road so i was thinking something like creating an if ( number > 25 || number < 120 ) { code that makes drop happen at x% } or something like that so it can happen anywhere form 25 minutes past the last one to 120 minutes past. there is probably a way to limit the rand() function anyway and i dont know of it.

Uh there's a lot of ways, usually giving rand() no argument by default in C is a floating point number between 1 and 100, if you wanted between 1 - 10 you would just do rand(10), there's any number of things you could do to get what you want out of it, personally I like modulus
Man I hope I don't get a wrench now. Gonna be a nightmare. They shouldn't have announced who got one lol Makes them prime targets for hacks and trolls.
like 3 people who got the wrench now have THE WRENCH IS A CURSE in their name, tons more have set their profile to private
Engi is new offensive class
Scout can be in Annoying class
according to his profile, he got the wrench back.
drunken fool got vac'd because he made a program to craft at the exact time lol

well... that explains a lot I guess.
If you watch the progression of Radigan, it seems the Austrailium is really showing the side effects. 2nd picture he's drinking beer, 3rd picture he's shirtless holding the flexing with beer in his hand...
Also, poor excuse for an update. A picture of a map and a picture of a wrench... GIMMI WORDS DAMMIT!
The newspaper is gone and fresh blueprint paper is up.
Dell isn't using Radigan's sentries, He is getting inspiration from Radigan's designs and creating new ones.
I have a raging hardon for this update, fyi.
I thought the wrangler was OP until I realized the engineer couldn't control it and reload at the same time.
I have a new theory, this is a tiny bit insane so prepare the tin-foil.
What if Dell is not actually Dell?
There is no mention of the engineer's father, just his grandfather. What if the 3rd not-dying machine belongs to Radigan and he is posing as different members of the supposed Conagher family? It would make sense beyond all end, why not build a infinite life machine for yourself?
im hoping the wrench lets you build a new type of sentry
but watch my dreams be crushed and its a generic wrench that uncloaks spies or builds faster or something
NVM
that owns so hard
i want to cart my sentry around where ever i go
sentry buddy :3
Moveable sentry. Intersting
