You need to reconfigure the alias so each time you press the key, it flips the models and rebinds it to flip them back, and vise versa

Also I don't know why they let the FAN knockback disguised spies when a soldier can't. The Pyro thing was dumb though, because it made it so airblasting a flaming disguised spy extinguished them.
