Definitely. UFO Defense (or Enemy Unknown) is one of the best turn based strategy games ever.
you'll need a dos box emulator to play though, dos's official site has one
pretty sure steam handles dos box for you

The steam version comes with it. Just click and play, though you can edit the dosbox settings if you want/need to.

If you like simple rts games based around a few units, then yes. Otherwise, no. I couldn't stand the RTS controls, but it's probably fine if you don't mind those.
Midweek madness has Titan Quest gold on for 5 bucks. I'm gonna pick it up now and play it down the line when I get bored.
