Yeah, it's a great little game. My only complaint is that if you click somewhere far off but decide you want to go somewhere else you usually have to wait until you've got to the first spot. Many adventure games are like that, though, so it isn't a big deal.
Oblivion is 66% off, so GotY with all 9 DLC is $8.49
I got Oblivion GotY deluxe earlier this year when it was the same price...my dad's 117 hours playing it so far probably means it's alright.

yeah oblivion is really fun, worth 9 bucks imo. there's some gameplay issues but modding fixes those and it's pretty fun without mods. morrowind is also really good but it has a bit of a strange difficulty curve, it's hard to start but about 25 hours or so in you become unstoppable
