Biomod is shifter plus extras. So you should pick one or the other.

Durr, I don't know if that's a joke.  I get bouts of the game running smooth and JC running at his normal speed, then it kind of locks up and slows down.

Open Steam. Go to Steam store homepage. Spend money.
